DenCia Inspection Services provides quality residential & commercial inspections for the Lower Hudson Valley Region (Rockland, Westchester, Orange & Putnam Counties) and surrounding NY area.
We are certified, fully licensed and insured in the state of New York and abide by the Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice as set by InterNACHI (International Association Of Certified Home Inspectors) and The State of New York.
Our goal is to deliver the highest quality, most thorough inspections, accompanied by a detailed and informative report delivered in a timely manner. We prioritize the safety of our clients and their properties, carefully identifying potential hazards and offering actionable recommendations to address any concerns.

Dennis has over 25 years of experience in Property Management, Building Maintenance, and Construction. In 2016, he applied his extensive background to launch a career in residential and commercial inspections. Passionate about maintaining the highest standards, Dennis pursues ongoing education and certifications to keep his knowledge up-to-date and relevant to modern practices. In addition, he is a full-time senior construction inspector for a multinational engineering firm and is contracted by Orange & Rockland Utilities.
